Richter Studios is based out of Orlando, Florida. The two engineers at the studio are David Schweizer and Jon Marshall Smith. Schweizer, an Orlando native, has been a staple in the orlando music scene for fifteen years as a singer/songwriter producer and promoter. Smith lives in N.Y.C. and has worked with many artist including, Keith Richards, Joey Ramone, Ronnie Spector and The Breeders to name a few.. Jon also designs software plug ins for recording audio. This is a great time for studio news. We have many great records to share with the rest of the world. Most of these projects are based out of Central Florida and we are proud to be part of the creative process in making each record.

This past year has been chalked full of serious talent in the studio. Here is just a few of the projects that were recorded this past year. Terri Binion, Bughead,The Legendary J.C.’s, Michael Mcraney, Junkie Rush, Gargamel, Telephone, The River Bottom Nightmare Band. We even had Jazz legend Sam Rivers lay down some tracks on the latest Junkie Rush record. We will put all of these records on this site very soon so you can sample or buy.

Terri Binion's CD entitled "Fool" was produced by Binion and Schweizer and was mixed by Jon Smith. “This was a serious production that took over two years to complete and embraced the talents of nineteen musicians including Lucinda Williams.” Schweizer said. “Terri and I hand picked a new line up for each song. Terri is dedicated to her work and is at the top of my list of favorite artist. It has been a joy and a blessing to be a part of this project.”
